The Orchard

Rising Sun Farm has existed alongside of White Pine Orchard for decades. Keith Kozub planted each tree and has cared for every apple for over 40 years. And now, he has passed on his legacy. 
We are happy to add White Pine Orchard as part of Rising Sun Farm. We will continue to produce apples at the highest of standards, using organic principles while caring for the land to make sure we can provide the healthiest apples to our community.

We grow 10 varieties of apples including haralson, sweet 16, liberty, minnasota johnathan, fireside, red barron, connell red, rosa libre (red free), prairie spy, and honey crisp.

U-Pick

The orchard is open for u-pick starting the weekend after Labor Day and goes until November.

U-pick is open Saturday and Sunday 10-4

Cider

We press fresh cider on the farm once a week starting in September. Our cider is just apples. No additives of any kind. Our cider is raw and unpasteurized. You can purchase fresh cider on the farm during u-pick season, or frozen during the off season.
